Pikkup doesn't show up in Logic
Quit Logic completely and open it again after installing. If it still isn't listed, open Logic Pro › Settings › Plug-in Manager, find Nitpikkin, and press Reset & Rescan Selection.
Which plug-in goes on which track?
Pikkup goes on an audio track (or the Stereo Out to send your whole mix). Pikkup MIDI goes on a software instrument track. Pikkup Player plays a preview your friend sent, so you can record over it.
A file my friend sent hasn't arrived
Check you're both in the same song in Pikkup and both online (a green dot on their picture). Files wait on our server for as long as the sender's plan keeps them (24 hours on Free, 30 days on Pro, until deleted on Studio), so they'll arrive as soon as you open Pikkup again.
Sync shows something in orange
Someone's project has a different sample rate, tempo or time signature. Press Sync to see what's different and what to change in Logic.
How do I put a take where it was recorded?
Drag the take into Logic, select it, then choose Edit › Move › Move to Recorded Position.
I've signed in on too many Macs
One account works on up to 3 Macs at once. Signing in on a fourth asks you to sign one of the others out.
Is my audio changed on the way?
No. The file that arrives is the exact file you sent: same format, same bytes, never compressed.
